What's your favorite color to wear? Red, or blue? It's the weekend, and the weather is lovely. I don't want to stay home, I want to go out for a bit. I'm going to the mall to buy some new clothes. I'll speak slowly, so you can listen and learn along with me.
I really love going shopping. The mall has so many shops, and so many people too. Some people are buying things, some are just walking around and taking a look.
Actually, I don't always have to buy something. Sometimes I just like to look at the new clothes. Seeing pretty clothes already puts me in a good mood.
I walk into a shop that sells clothes. Wow, there are so many clothes here! There are tops, there are pants, and there are skirts.
The clothes come in lots of colors. There's red, there's blue, there's white, and there's black too. There's so much that my eyes are dazzled.
I don't really like too many colors. I like simple clothes — white, or light blue; they look so clean.
I see a white shirt, and it looks really nice. I pick it up and feel it — so soft, so comfortable.
White clothes are easy to match. They look good with anything — with jeans, or with a skirt too.
When I buy clothes, the first thing I think about is: is it comfortable to wear? Clothes should be pretty, but comfortable too.
I take a look at the price on the shirt. Not bad — it's not too expensive. This price, I can accept.
I ask the shop assistant next to me: Do you have this in a small? She says: Yes, let me get one for you.
When you buy clothes, you really have to try them on, only then do you know if they fit. She hands me one and tells me to try it in the fitting room.
I step into the fitting room and put it on. Not too big, not too small — just right. It feels really comfortable on.
There's a big mirror in the fitting room. Wearing the new shirt, I look at myself in the mirror.
I smile. Mm, this white shirt really suits me. Alright, I'll take this one!
Out of the fitting room, I look at some other clothes. I see a skirt, and it's pretty too.
But I usually prefer wearing pants. The skirt is nice, but today I'll pass on it.
There are lots of shoes nearby too. I take a look, but my shoes are still quite new, so I won't buy shoes today either.
I don't like buying a lot at once. Just buy what you really need — that's enough. One white shirt today, and I'm already happy.
I take the shirt and walk to the checkout counter. The cashier says: that's one hundred and twenty yuan in total.
I take out my phone, scan the code, and it's paid. Shopping is so easy now — no need to carry cash, just a phone is enough.
After paying, I carry my bag and slowly walk out of the mall. Buying clothes I love makes me feel so happy inside.
On my way out, I also get a cup of milk tea, as a little treat for myself. A little shopping, a new shirt, and a cup of milk tea — a weekend like this feels just wonderful. Thanks for coming shopping with me today, see you next time!
